Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once per booking, free of charge, if you give at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time.
• Your new session must take place within 30 days of the original date.
• A rescheduled session is final. It cannot be rescheduled again or refunded.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice counts as a late cancellation.

Cancellation and refunds

The refund amount depends on how much notice you give before your scheduled start time:

*For Strategic Advisory, once Jeffrey has begun reviewing your Private Strategic Profile and submitted materials, $2,500 of the fee is non-refundable, regardless of notice. This covers preparation work already completed. We’ll confirm by email when the review begins.

No-shows

If you have not joined within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time and have not contacted us, the session counts as a no-show. The full fee is forfeited, and the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Late arrival

Your session ends at its scheduled time, even if you join late. The full fee applies, and missed time cannot be added on or made up later.

If Jeffrey needs to reschedule or cancel

You may choose either a new date with priority scheduling or a full refund. Either way, it does not count as one of your reschedules.

How to request a change

Send all reschedule and cancellation requests through jeffreycol.com/contact. Include your name, session type, and scheduled date and time. Notice is measured from when we receive your request, and we’ll confirm every change in writing.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
