My perspective on business wasn't built from theory alone. It was shaped through years of entrepreneurship, building businesses, developing ideas, writing books, creating opportunities, navigating challenges, making difficult decisions, and learning what happens when vision grows faster than systems.
Today, I bring those experiences together to help founders think differently about what they're building—not simply how to generate more income, but how to create stronger businesses, develop scalable systems, build enterprise value, and ultimately create meaningful impact.

Born and raised in Liberia, West Africa, I learned early that resilience, resourcefulness, and vision are not abstract ideas. They are ways of moving through the world.
Building a new chapter in the United States meant pursuing opportunity while carrying forward the perspective and persistence shaped by where I began.
